Responder Reset Routine
Browser-only prototype using dummy biometric data. It includes adaptive reset guidance, a bilateral stimulation concept screen, and a live data chart that can be opened at any time.
Bio data
Prototype note: values are simulated and advice is rule-based. This is not a medical tool, diagnostic tool, or fitness-for-duty system.
Live guidance
Press “Start reset routine” to begin.
The app will generate dummy data and suggest a recovery exercise based on the current readings.
Exercise cue
When the routine starts, follow the breathing or grounding guidance. The advice will adapt as the dummy values change.
Bilateral stimulation concept
A concept page for two vibration devices strapped to the left and right sides of the body. This prototype only simulates alternating pulses on screen.
Hardware note: a real implementation would need paired device firmware, safety limits, consent flows, and a clear way to immediately stop stimulation.
Adaptive suggestion
Start when seated and safe.
The app will suggest a conservative bilateral rhythm based on the current dummy bio data.
Biometric data over time
This chart logs dummy readings when you randomize data, adjust values manually, start/stop routines, or while routines are running.
